油底壳整体拉深成形中的破裂现象研究

摘　　要：针对油底壳拉深中出现的破裂问题,在进行工艺分析的基础上,进一步对其拉深过程作了应力应变分析,探索了发生破裂的原因,并联系生产实践,综合考虑了导致发生破裂的多种因素,采取了相应的防止措施,改善了板料的流动状况和成形质量,最后介绍了模具结构及热处理工艺。For the character of the deep drawing technology of the oil pan, some analysis of its stress and strain distribution in deep drawing are done on the basis of the analysis of technology, and after the whole considerations of manifold factor of cracking and the adoption of corresponding preventive measures in relation with practice, the flow condition and the forming quality of sheet material in deep drawing are improved, moreover, the die structure and its heat treatment are introduced.
