摘  要:研究了轧制温度对一种Ti3Al基合金轧棒的拉伸、蠕变、持久和金相组织的影响以及固溶温度对该合金室温拉伸性能、金相组的影响。结果表明 :在两相区轧制时 ,低温轧制的室温综合性能较好 ,但是高温轧制的 65 0℃的综合性能较好 ;随着固溶温度的升高 ,该合金的强度升高 。The influence of different rolling and solution temperature on tensile and creep rupture properties and the microstructure of Ti 24Al 15Nb 1Mo Si alloy were studied in detail. The results show that the tensile properties at room temperature of the bars rolled at low temperature are better than that of the bars rolled at high temperature, while the high temperature rolled bars have the higher tensile strength and creep properties at 650 ℃. The tensile strength at room temperature increases with the solution temperature increase from 950 to 1050 ℃, and then the tensile strength decreases with the solution temperature rise further. The tensile ductility presents downtrend with the solution temperature rising.
