摘 要:为了确定Ti75合金大规格椭圆形封头热冲压成形工艺参数 ,采用热模拟试验和高温拉伸试验的单向试样模拟板材热冲压成形工艺状态 ,通过对流变应力和材料力学性能分析 ,主要讨论了变形温度、变形速度、变形程度对性能的影响 ,确定热冲压成形工艺参数为 :成形温度 85 0℃、变形速率 1s- 1 ,并由高温变形后的材料的性能曲线 ,模拟出板材热冲压成形后不同部位的性能状态 ,通过对变形后金相组织分析 。In order to determine hot die forming parameters for Ti75 alloy, a thermal simulation and high termperature tensile test for thick sheet of Ti75 alloy were carried out. On basis of analysis of rheological stress and mechanical properties of materials, the deformation temperature, deformation rate, deformation degree and its influence on materials properties were discussed. The results show that the deformation temperature is 850 ℃ and deformation rate is 1 s -1 . According to materials property curve after high temperature deformation, the properties for different regions of sheet after die forming are stimulated. On basis of structural analysis it is may be concluded that mentioned above technological parameters are favorable for sheet deformation.
