摘  要:稀土元素的还原电位很负 ,在水溶液中很难沉积。如何使其正移是实现稀土合金电镀的关键。分析了络合剂对稀土合金电沉积的影响 ,恰当的络合剂不但起到稳定镀液的作用 ,而且能使稀土的沉积电位显著正移。研究了非晶态合金电沉积的特点 ,利用二维Miedema坐标(Δ 和Δn- 1 /3ws )以及加入尺寸因素 (ΔR/RA)Rare earth elements have lower reducing potentials than that of hydrogen which makes them difficult to deposit from aqueous solutions. How to make them shifted positively is very important. The effect of complex agent on the electrodeposition of rare earth alloys was studied. Proper complex agent can stabilize the solutions and obviously make the potential shifted positively. Meanwhile, the character of electrodeposition amorphous alloys was investigated. In addition, the regularity of formation of the amorphous rare earth alloys in aqueous bath was studied by plotting two dimensional figure with Miedema′s coordinates Δ  * and Δ n -1/3 ws and three dimensional figure with chemical coordinates adding the size factor Δ R/R A.
