摘 要:根据电阻焊的焊接过程瞬间大电流难以用普通仪表测量的特点,为保证焊点质量,研制了以新型单片机W78E516B为核心的电阻焊监测仪,从硬件电路和软件流程两方面详细分析了监测仪的设计原理。采用真有效值转换芯片AD536A,从而省去了复杂冗余的软件换算过程,提高了系统的响应速度和测量精度。利用在系统可编程(ISP)新技术,可实现系统远程升级和调试,使可维护性和升级能力大大增强。并从硬件和软件两方面作了可靠性设计,在增强抗干扰能力和提高系统稳定性方面,取得了良好的效果。Since the instantaneous large curent during the process of resistance welding goes beyond the measurability of the conventional instrument,a newly resistance welding monitor based on the single chip microcomputer W78E516B is developed,which is characterized by the protection for the quality of the welding spot.Real effective-value converter AD536A is used to improve the response speed and the measurement accuracy.The system upgrading and debugging are implemented by adopting the ISP technique and reliability design is built through the hardware and software approach.The results show that it is effective in improving the performance of anti-interference and the stability of the whole system.And hence satisfied results are achieved.
