摘 要:针对PTCR热敏电阻生产中耐电压、耐电流特性测试的需要,研制了一种使用单片机和CPLD(ComplexPro grammableLogicDevice复杂可编程逻辑器件)来控制PTCR测试的模块。采用AT89C51单片机、CPLD、RS232通讯接口,很好地实现了在PTCR测试中选择各种测试模式和实时设置、修改各种参数,并且可以通过RS232接口与计算机通信,组成功能更强大的分级控制系统。这使得对PTCR的测试更方便、更稳定、更高效。着重介绍了模块的设计思想、实现的功能、硬件电路的设计、软件的设计。模块的控制核心为单片机,尤其控制和协调其他各部分工作,使用C51语言编程。CPLD的编程使用的是AHDL语言,使用MAX+PLUSⅡ编译。对其他领域的顺序控制也有较大的参考价值。According to the requirements of current and voltage-withstanding characteristic test in the PTCR(Positive Temperature Coefficient Resistance)production,a kind of module using single chip microcomputer and CPLD(Complex Programmable Logic Device)to control PTCR test have been developed.Adopting AT89C51 single chip microcomputer,CPLD and RS232 communication interface,the module has realized optionally choosing all kinds of test modes and real time setting and modifying every parameter in the PTCR test.It can communicate with computer through the RS232 interface and compose more powerful grade control system with computer.This design makes it more convenient,stabile and efficient in the PTCR test.It has laid emphasis on the design thought of module,its function,hardware circuit and software.The control core of module is the single chip microcomputer,which controls and corresponds works of other parts of the system using C51 languages for its programming.AHDL languages is used for programming of CPLD and compiled by MAX+PLUSⅡ.Also has greater reference value for the sequence control of other fields.
