“三化”与“三业”——试议新兴产业对城市布局结构的影响

摘　　要：城市化、信息化和机动化是当今时代发展的三大趋势,这三大趋势带来了地产业、高新技术产业和物流业等三大产业的蓬勃发展之势。同时这三大产业也被许多大城市和特大城市描述为其支柱产业。本文试图分别从“三化”与“三业”对城市布局结构中最重要的生活格局、就业格局和交通格局的影响,分析它们之间的联系和作用机制,对快速城市化形势下城市布局结构的特征作初步探讨,以期引发同行更多的研究与思考。Urbanization, IT application and mo-torization are three major trends in the socialdevelopment, which have brought about the promptdevelopment of three industries, namely, real estate,high technology and logistics. They have become thepillar industries of many cities and metropolises. Thispaper analyzes the influence of the three industrieson city layout and structure, particularly, on living,employment and transportation. Then it probes intothe characteristics of city layout and structure underthe trend of rapid urbanization.
