三联术治疗发育性髋关节脱位术后再脱位15例

摘　　要：采取在髋臼上缘截骨 ,向下翻转纠正髋臼指数 ,转子下旋转截骨 ,股骨缩短并将缩短之骨块填入髋臼上沿的三联术治疗发育性髋脱位 1 5例。结果 :1 5例除 1例髋关节僵硬外 ,均达到良好的效果。结论 :该方法是治疗发育性髋关节脱位术后再脱位的有效方法。To evaluate the effect of the three unite operation to developmental dislocation of the hip joint.Adopting osteotomy along the up acetabular margin by turn it downward to correct the acetabulum index,subtrochanteric rotational osteotomy,and shorten the femur precede, then fill the shortened bone fragment in the up acetabula margin.The three unite operation shows it has good therapeutic effect except for one case hip joint ankylosis.Result:The three unite operation is a effective way to treat repeat dislocation of developmental dislocation of the hip joint.
