摘　　要：目的　探讨一种对自体皮源不足、瘢痕面积过大的增生性瘢痕及瘢痕疙瘩的有效治疗方法。方法　对 2 6例自体皮源不足、瘢痕面积过大的增生性瘢痕或瘢痕疙瘩住院患者 ,行瘢痕切除后自体瘢痕皮回植覆盖创面。结果　 2 6例病人所回植的瘢痕皮均成活 ,随访半年～ 1年 ,瘢痕所致的疼痛、瘙痒等症状消失 ,皮片平整且颜色与周围皮肤较回植前接近。结论　对自体皮源不足、瘢痕面积过大及瘢痕体质的病人 ,应用瘢痕皮回植术 ,不失为一种有效的方法。Objective: To investigate a better method for tr ea ting proliferative scar and keloid.Methods: The defects after pr oliferative scar and keloid resection are repaired with the scartransplantion for 26 patients.Results: After the operation,the scar graft is alive,the symptoms of scar pains and pruritus has disappeared and the transpl anted graft's colour is closer to the round skin's.Conclusions: The scar graft transplantion is an effective way for the patients,who are su ffered from proliferative scar or keloid and have not enough source of norm skin,scar is more area and scarphysique.
