摘　　要：目的　观察乌司他丁 (UTI)对急性胰腺炎的治疗疗效。方法　采取随机对照的研究方法 ,收集该院 74例急性胰腺炎患者 ,随机分为UTI治疗组及对照组 ,分别监测急性胰腺炎患者临床症状、体征、实验室指标等 ,以评价其疗效。结果　使用UTI治疗急性胰腺炎 ,与对照组相比 ,腹部症状、体征缓解时间明显缩短 ,痊愈率达 76 .9% ,对照组为 5 1.4 % ,两组对比有明显差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　UTI可明显缓解胰腺炎的临床症状、抑制胰酶、减轻炎性介质对胰腺功能的损害。Objective:To observe the efficacy of UTI in treating acute pancreatitis(AP),and investigate it's functionary mechanism.Methods:74 AP cascs wereapplied respectively to two randomized grou ps,the UTI controlcd group and observedgroup;judgement the efficacy for sympto m,sign and etc.Results: The UTI controled groupcured rate is 76 .9%,and it's 51.4% of observed group,the two groups were significantricer'eased ( P <0.05)Conclusions: UTI can improve the clinical symptoms ,restrainPancreatin significantly and relieve the damage of function of Pancreas .
