15例同种异体肾脏移植的临床治疗体会

摘　　要：目的　对 15例同种异体肾脏移植的临床实践进行分析 ,总结其成功经验 ,吸取失败教训。方法　回顾 15例肾脏移植 ,对成败原因进行分析。结果　移植成功率 93.33% ,人 /肾成活率 86 .71% / 80 .0 0 %。未发生手术并发症。结论　供肾质量的好坏、受者手术时机的选择、修肾方法改进和放置输尿管内引流可减少手术并发症及提高移植成功率。Objective:15 cases with transplantation of adult kidneys were studied on its clinic experi ence of success or failure.Methods:15 cases with transplantation of adult kidneys were recalled.Results: The success rate of th ese operations was 93.33%(14/15),complications of the operation didn't take pla ce,recipient/kidney survival rate was 86.71%(13/15)/80%(12/15). Conclus ions:The quality of transplantation kidneys could directly influced the success rate transplantation. The chance election of recipients was very importa nt. It could decrease the complication of operation to reform the methods of mo difying kidney and put inside drainage during operation as a general.
