大豆不同杂交组合F2油分含量分布及其遗传变异

摘　　要：以7个亲本配制6个杂交组合,除一个组合外,其余组合F_2油分含量均呈正态分市,加性效应明显.F_2油分含量的广义遗传力平均为0.44,预期遗传进度平均为0.67.大多数组合的F_2油分含量与百粒重和单株粒重的相关性不显著。Genetic variation 3f soybean oil content in 6 F2 populations from 7 parents were analyzed.The results showed that F2 oil content performed normal distribution in most crosses and it was controlled mainly by additive genes.The mean value of broad sense heritability was 0.44,and the mean expected genetic gain was 0.67%.Simple correlation analysis revealed that the oil content was significantly negatively correlated with protein content at 0.05 probability level,and the correlations of oil content with 100-seed weight and seed yield per plant were not significant.
