用工业工程方法完善供应室ISO质量管理体系的探讨

摘　　要：ISO质量管理体系在改进质量管理、纠正不合格质量问题、提高效益等方面提出了管理原则上的要求 ,然而 ,作为一个质量管理体系 ,ISO不可能也没有必要对质量控制的具体方法予以规定 ,因此 ,就有必要在消毒供应室实施ISO质量管理体系的同时 ,引入工业工程等管理方法 ,对改善质量管理的方法进行必要的完善和补充。在实际应用过程 ,我们通过运用工业工程 (IndustrialEngineering ,IE)方法 ,统筹规划消毒供应流程 ,合理划分作业组 ,改善作业程序 ,改进作业流程 ,不仅提高了工作效率 。The hospital's sanitization and supply department passed certification of ISO quality management system in 2002. The authentication of ISO quality management system has played a good role in the quality management and control. The system has also brought more strict requirements for the quality management, unqualified quality problems and economic benefit. However, it has not put forward practical methods for the elements of the system. Therefore, it is necessary to bring in Industrial Engineering (IE)to improve and replenish the quality management system. In the process of carrying out the system, we have planned a reasonable flow path for the sanitization and supply, scientifically divided the working groups and improved the working process by using IE. It has proved to be effective in promoting efficiency and sanitization quality.
