摘　　要：用磷酸处理三聚氰胺 ,再经聚合制得了一种新型无卤阻燃剂三聚氰胺多聚磷酸盐 (MPP) ,对MPP进行了红外光谱分析和热失重分析。用MPP来阻燃不同粘度的尼龙66 ,其阻燃性能均可达UL94V -0级 ;将MPP与季戊四醇笼状磷酸酯复配用来阻燃PP ,阻燃级别可达V -0级 ,与国内外不同膨胀型阻燃剂进行了比较。Non-haloge flame retardant melamine polyphosphate(MPP)is synthesized through polymerization reaction of phosphoric acid and melamine.The structure of MPP is analyzed by using infrared spectrum and thermal loss of weight.The addition of MPP to PA66will increase the flame retardance of the PA66to UL94V-0rating.The composite of MPP and pentaerythritol-based cage phophate is added to PP,the flame retardance of PP will be increased to UL94V-0rating.The comparison of the composite flame retardant with other intumescent flame retarˉdant at home and abroad was given.
