气功对冠心病人CM_5ST段/心率斜率的影响

摘　　要：37名冠心病患者随机分为气功治疗组(22人)和对照组(15人)。气功治疗组接受12周动功治疗,对照组接受安慰剂治疗,治疗前后均测定CM_5 ST段/心率斜率。结果发现动功治疗组CM_5 ST段/心率斜率减少,而对照组不变或增大,两组有显著性差异,ST段下移及常规分级运动试验其它指标在两组间无显著差异。表明CM_5ST段/心率斜率是一个敏感的心肌缺血指标。In order to test the clinical value of ST/HR slope in patients with CHD, we observed CM_5 ST/HR slopefrom the view of CHD rehabilitation. Thirty-seven patients with CHD were divided randomly into two groups;Group I, consisting of 22 patients receiving QiGong therapy and Group II, 15 patients receiving placebo ascontrols. For each patient before and after the course of treatment, submaximal treadmill graded exercise testwere done in order to yield CM_5 ST/HR slope. The results showed that in Group I, there was a decrease inthe value of CM_5 slope. But no change or an increase was found in Group II. There was a statisticallysignificant difference between the two groups. However, as to ST segment depression and other indicesderived from routine exercise testing, there were no significant changes between the two groups. It was thusconcluded that CM_5 ST/HR slope could be a sensitive index for therapeutic effectiveness of myocardial ischemiaand for follow-up in patients with CHD.
