摘 要:通过对兔胫骨疲劳性骨膜炎模型施以不同治疗方法的生物力学、放射学和组织学研究,发现中药有明显抑制骨膜反应的作用,运动后骨组织可以骨膜反应形式加强骨的负荷能力。In this study, rabbits were put in an electric cage with high voltage, which makes therabbits to do jump and run exercise for 360 times daily. Different degree of periosteitis oftibia was observed in 4, 21 and 42 days. Along with exercise, Chinese medicinal herbs(CMH)and physical therapy (PT) were used seperatly in part of animals. 4 days after intensivejump and run exercise, obvious periosteal reaction was found histologically. Biomechanicalproperties of tibia also decreased and CMH and PT can prevent those decreases. After 21days of intensive exercise, histological and radiographic observation showed a lot of newbone formed outside the substantia compact of tibia. CMH can obviously inhibit periostealreaction whereas PT had no this effect. Biomechanical result showed the strength of tibiaincreased and the antideformation ability decreased in exercise group and CMH group but alittle changes in PT group. After 42 days of exercise, all the biomechanical properties wereincreased in exercise group. The whole bone strength and anti-deformation ability weredecreased in CMH group because the cross area of tibia did not increase but the stress andfailing energy absorption increased. Althrough CMH can inhibit periosteal reaction, we thinkperiosteitis induced by exercise is an adaptive reaction. So the alleviation of the symptom should be the main treatment for periosteitis and over-inhibition of periosteal reaction shouldbe avoided in order to adapt to exercise and remodel the bone.
