摘　　要：在贫困农村地区实现可持续发展 ,应当发挥资源优势 ,优化产业结构 ,协调区域经济 ;加强基础设施建设 ;实施科教兴地战略 ,增强人力资本 ;扩大开放 ;实施可持续发展战略 ,使经济、人口、资源。In order to realize sustainable development in impoverished rural areas the advantage of resource should be made good use of to optimize the industrial structure and coordinate regional economy. The infrastructure construction should be strengthened, and the strategy of area prospering by science and education should be applied to increasing human capital. It is needed to extend open policy and apply sustainable development strategy, so that economy, population, resource, and environment would develop in harmony.
