摘 要:本研究对聚酰胺聚胺环氧氯丙烷(PPE)树脂的合成及其合成产物的理化性质对AKD施胶增效作用的影响进行了探讨。结果表明,不同合成条件导致产物性能的差异对增效作用影响极大;为了制取增效性能良好的PPE树脂,应在尽可能防止分子链间交联的前提下适当提高其聚合度和支化度。这样的树脂只需添加0.01%~0.05%(对绝干浆计),可使施胶效果增加10倍以上。Polyamide polyamine epichlorohydrin (PPE) resin was synthesized to serve as an enhancement agent for alkylketene dimer (AKD) sizing in alkaline papermaking. The effect of the physico-chemical properties of PPE resin on sizing enhancement was explored. It was noticed that enhancing efficiency is rejated to the degree of polymerization and the extent of branched as indicated by viscosity) of the PPE. In order to prepare an enhancement agent with good properties, it is necessary to increase the viscosity and prevent the molecular chains from cross-Unking. Experiment results indicated that the viscosity of the enhancement agent with 10%solid content is about 39. 6 mPa · s (25℃ ) . the surface absorbency (Cobb60, g/m2) of the sized hand sheet decreases from 203. 6 (without PPE) to 19. 5-17. 0 (with 0. 01-0. 05% PPE on o. d. pulp in a system of AKD sizing).
