磨石磨木浆粗渣磺化处理系统

摘　　要：本文介绍了在常压及95～100℃温度的情况下,利用国产设备对GP浆生产过程中产生的粗渣进行磺化再磨的生产实践。GP浆粗渣浓度在20％左右经过磺化处理后磨碎与未经磺化处理磨碎比较,GP成品浆裂断长提高16.8％,撕裂度提高8.7％,与粗渣在2％～3％浓度下通过φ450盘磨处理比较,GP成品浆裂断长提高20.7％。文中还介绍了对GP浆粗渣进行磺化的主要工艺技术条件的选定和验证。Mill experiances of sulfonation and refir.ing of coarse rejects of groundwood pulp at 95-100℃ with domestic equipment were presented , Breaking length of the final pulp increased 16. 8% and tear strength increased 8. 7% comparing sulfonation and refining of coarse rejects at 20% consistency with only refining without sulfonation treatment;on the other hand breaking length of the final pulp increased 20. 7% at 2-3% consistency with φ450 refiner comparing with only refining. Main parameters of sulfonation were tested and decided.
