摘　　要：目的　为了建立我国SPF家兔种子核心群 ,使普通级免升级换代 ,以满足科研、生产及检定工作不断发展的需要 ,我们对普通级实验家兔进行了剖腹净化。方法　采用剖腹摘取子宫术 ,在无菌隔离器内以吮吸法人工哺乳仔兔 ,离乳后将正常菌群植入仔兔体内 ,并转入SPF屏障设施内饲养、繁殖。结果　建立了具有 10 0只种兔的SPF兔核心群 ,兔群生长发育正常。经多次微生物检测 ,符合SPF标准。SPF兔群将作为建立SPF实验用兔生产群的核心种群。结论　通过剖腹技术 。Objective To establish a breeding stock of SPF rabbits for meeting the needs in scientific research, production and drug tests. Methods The rabbits were cleansed by cesarean section, and the baby rabbits were reared in isolators by artificial feeding. The weaned rabbits were given normal intestinal bacteria and then transferred into the barrier system. Results At present, there are about 100 SPF rabbits in the barrier system. With their pathogens examined, they are up to the standard of SPF rabbits in China. Conclusion The SPF rabbits breeding stock is established successfully by cesarean section.
