禽流感病毒鸭源分离株的动物感染试验

摘　　要：选择两株新近分离的具有脑坏死病变特征的番鸭源禽流感病毒(AIV)毒株和两株前期分离的无脑坏死病变的AIV毒株,进行不同动物的感染试验,以期获得病毒在不同动物的致病病变特征和不同动物的易感性比较。结果表明,番鸭源AIV毒株较其他两毒株致病力强,且四毒株对鸡、鹅的致病力比对不同品种的鸭强。Two strain s of AIV isolated recently from muscovies with necrosis in brain and two earlier strains from ducks without necrosis in brain,were inoculated into laboratory a nimals,such as chickens,geese and ducks,The results showed that recently isol ated brain-necrotic AIV strains had a higher pathogenicity than the earlier one s,and pathogenicity in chickens and geese was higher than that of the various k inds of ducks.
