摘  要:肉桂酸是植物内源信号分子水杨酸在植物体内生物合成的前体物质,本文研究了肉桂酸(Hcin)、邻菲罗啉(phen)及稀土离子三元配合物[RE(phen)(cin)3(H2O)](RE=Nd(Ⅲ),Ce(Ⅲ),Eu(Ⅲ))与EB DNA体系的荧光淬灭光谱,共振荧光光谱,电子光谱以及DNA对EB光谱的影响等性质,探讨了它们与DNA的作用方式。结果表明,稀土配合物与DNA存在静电与插入两种作用模式,推测这些配合物可能具有较高的抗肿瘤活性或其它的生物活性。During the period of biosynthesis, cinnamic acid is the precursor substances of salicylic acid which is the endogenous signal molecule in plant. The interaction of cinnamic acid (cin), phenanthroline (phen) and its ternary complexes (RE=Nd(Ⅲ), Ce(Ⅲ), Eu(Ⅲ)) with calf thymus DNA was investigated by electronic absorption spectroscopy, ethidium bromide (EB)-DNA quenching fluorescent spectroscopy and resonance light scattering as well as the effect of EB fluorescence spectroscopy in the presence of DNA. All experimental results indicate that the three complexes bind to DNA by the electrostatic mode and the intercalation mode. It is predicted that these complexes show high antitumor activity or other biologic activity.
