聚合物淬火剂在半钢热处理中的应用

摘　　要：研究了半钢在淬火介质SST_(401)中淬火后的硬度、淬透性及开裂性。结果表明:适合半钢淬火介质SST_(401)的浓度为2.0％～2.5％,温度为20～50℃。The hardness, hardenability and cracking character of cast semi-steel after quenching in SST401 quenchant were studied. The results shown that the suitable concentration and the temperature of SST401 quenchant for cast semi-steel are 2.0 %-2.5 % and 20-40 ℃ respectively.
