摘 要:以硝酸盐为原料 ,柠檬酸为络合剂 ,采用无机盐溶胶—凝胶法 (ISG)合成了钙钛矿型稀土复合氧化物LaBO3 (B为Ni、Fe、Cr)陶瓷薄膜 ,并研究了它们的氧敏性能。电阻—温度曲线表明 ,LaFeO3 和LaCrO3 陶瓷薄膜为半导体特性 ,而LaNiO3 陶瓷薄膜具有类金属特性 ,并且LaBO3 薄膜材料的氧敏性能主要由B位离子的d电子特性所决定 ,即B位离子越活泼 。The oxyen-sensing properties of rare earth perovskite complex oxides LaBO 3(B=Ni、Fe、Cr) thin films prepared by means of inorganic-sol-gel(ISG) method using nitrate as raw materials and citric acid as chelating agent had been researched.The resistance of LaBO 3 was measured as a function of temperature.The curves of resistance-temperature were shown that LaFeO 3 and LaCrO 3 thin films possessed the semiconductor nature,but LaNiO 3 had low resistivity until 800℃ in a manner similar to that of metallic conductor.It was found that the characteristics of d-electron of B ions mainly determined the thin film properties,that is to say the more activity B ion was,the better the oxygen-sensing properites of LaBO 3 thin film was.
