针灸治疗类风湿性关节炎434例疗效观察

摘　　要：类风湿性关节炎(以下简称 RA),是一种以关节病变为主的慢性全身性疾病。祖国医学称为'痹证',是致残较高的自身免疫性疾病。我科自1988至1990年对434例 RA 患者进行疗效观察,同时做了体液免疫、细胞免疫及微量元素等实验室观察,从而认识到针灸对RA 免疫系统起着重要的调节作用。本文重点介绍临床疗效观察,现总结分析如下。378 cases of rheumatoid arthritis were treatedby acupuncture with the needle warmed by buringmoxa.63.49% of cases got remarked effect and thetotal effective rate was 98.15%.This effect wasbetter than that of acupu ncture group (P<0.01).The mechanism of the drop in blood sedimentationand improvement in symptom evoked by acupuncturewith the needle warmed by buring moxa was analysed.
