低频距形波脉冲穴位治疗神经根型颈椎病105例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：为了探索用中西医结合的方法,治疗老年病中常见神经根型颈椎病。我们采用低频距形波脉冲穴位治疗方法,治疗该疾病共105例,取得了良好效果,现将其总结如下。Rectange pulse in low frequency was appliedto treating on 105 cases of neurogenic type of cer-vical spinal disease.Bilateral Neiguan(PC 6),Che-ngshan(BL 57)and three acupoints on neck wereselected.The parameters of electricity applied are:Rectange pulse wave,wide of pulse 6mS,frequency2 herz,the intensity of electricity applied is undern-ble for the patient,20 rain for every time,10times for one course of treatment.Comparing withthe therapautic effect of medium frequency(10 Herz)and Sine wave(101 Cases),the effective rate issignificantly excellent(P<0.001).
