摘　　要：介绍了模具钢D2电渣扁锭冶炼工艺参数及冶炼结果,分析认为,重熔电极坯中碳、硅成分均应控制在上限,过程采用高电压、低电流工艺,才能保证电渣钢锭成分合格和表面良好。Electro-slag melting process is presented and melting results of die steel D2 flat ingot are introduced in this paper. The testing results show that the qualified composition of the remelted electrode plate and the good surface condition results from controlling C and Si content of the ingot at the upper limit and adopting high voltage and low electric current during electro-slag melting.
