单侧电针在镇痛过程中对脊髓脊神经节及下丘脑等影响的定量组化观察

摘　　要：我国传统医学对疼痛机理及治疗的认识是'不通则痛,通则不痛',而针灸的作用机理则为'疏通经络,调和气血'。针刺可以止痛的作用原理引起广大的中外学者的注意。本文企图应用定量组化进一步阐明针刺镇痛原理。86 healthy,adult and male rats were selectedand divided into unilateral acupuncture group and thecontrol.The painthreshold,the numbers and intensi-ties of Alpase and G6Pase in the large neurons ofthe spinal ganglion and median eminence of hypo-thalamus and the extinction value of FPACPaes inRollando's SG of spinal cord of the unilateral acu-puncture group are increased significantly than thatof control;but,there is no significant differenceobserved between that of bilateral sides of SG in theunilateral acupuncture group.The relationship bet-ween conventional theories in acupuncture and modernmedical science is discussed.This study provides thematerial basis for acupuncture analgesia and contra-lateral acupuncture etc.
