摘　　要：经前紧张症是指妇女每次经前出现头痛,头晕,烦躁,乳房胀痛,发热,四肢、面目浮肿等症状,这些症状在经后便逐渐消失。现代医学认为本症是由于体内雌激素量相对增高,丘脑下部、植物神经功能紊乱及感受器官过度敏感所致。The authors treated 108 cases of premenstrualtension by head-acupuncture points Foot-Motoring-Sensory and Genital zones and obtained satisfactoryeffect.The treatment was started 10 days before themenstrual period and stopped at the end of the men-struation.The treatment was once daily,the needleswere retained for 20 minutes during which manipu-lation of needles was performed for 3 times,1 min-ute each time,with the frequency of 180 to 200times per minute.Meanwhile,Tongtian,Chengguang,Touwei etc.were combined according to the diffe-rention.Among 108 cases,99 were cured(91.7%),9 improved(8.3%).The other 108 cases were trea-ted by means of medicinal herbs,and their curedrate was 63.0% and the improvement 37.0%.Rem-markable difference was found by comparison(X^2=25.36667,P<0.0001).
