会阴穴注射当归液治疗慢性前列腺炎124例疗效观察

摘　　要：笔者自1988年8月以来,应用当归液会阴穴注射治疗慢性前列腺炎124例,证明该法对消除症状,促进腺体以及前列腺液恢复正常有一定效果,现介绍如下。4 mililitres of 5% Injectio Angelica Sininsiscombined with 2 ml of 2% procaine is sucked intothe syringe with a № 7 long injection needle.Thepatient is required to lie in the left lateral recum-bent position with flexed knees and hips.The needleis inserted into the point 1 to 1.5 cun and certainneedling technique such as lifting-thrusting androtation of the needle is performed to achieve thearrival of Qi.Then,3 mililitres of the medicinalliquid is injected into the point.The needle is fur-ther thrusted 1 to 1.5 cun and the left liquid is allinjected.The treatment is once or twice a week and5 times constitute one course of treatment.Thosewho do not respond to the treatment should notoffered more injections.One more course can berepeated to those with improvement one week afterthe first course.Attention should be paid not toinsert the needle into the rectum.Altogether 124cases were treated and the total effective rate was87.08%.
