针灸治疗41例类风湿性关节炎疗效分析及对白细胞介素2的影响

摘　　要：类风湿性关节炎(以下简称 RA)属中医学'痹证'范畴,是以慢性对称性、多关节表现为主的一种全身性疾病。虽然病因尚不明了,但是认为其发病与自身免疫有关。近年来的研究表明 RA41 cases of rheumatoid arthritis were treated Byacupuncture and moxibustion in this article.Ofwhich,24 treated by warming needles,and 17 byinjecting 'Zhui Feng Su'.And a control group 19healthy people included was set up.The therapeuticeffect and changes in Interleukin-2 were observed.The result:Before treatment,the I1-2 of the patientgroups was lower than that of the control group,butit was greatly increased after treatment and close tothe level of that in the healthy people.Statistically,P<0.01,there was a clear difference.At the sametime,the therapeutic result was remarkable and theeffective rate was 100%.
