摘　　要：最大诚信原则是保险合同的基本原则 ,但现行多数人身保险合同中普遍存在重投保人的诚信义务 ,以格式文本的形式为投保人设置不利障碍 ,保险人自身却没有很好地履行最大诚信原则。The supreme honesty principle is the basic principle in the insurance contract, however most of the contracts universally attach importance of the honest obligation to the insured, and the texts of forms have placed unfavourable obstacles for the insured .The insurer itself did not carry out the supreme honesty principle properly.
