摘　　要：舟山经济发展的现实表明,要实现可持续发展,必须高度重视人本意识,切实有效地实施“人才工程”。The reality of the economic development in Zhoushan shows that it is essential to attach great importance to the human awareness and to carry out the practical and effective 'talent project' for the sustainable development of economy in Zhoushan.
