灵芝免疫活性多糖的化学研究

摘　　要：从灵芝中分离得到免疫活性多糖BN_3B,进一步分离纯化得到4个多糖均一体,对其中主要成分BN_3B_1及BN_3B_3进行化学研究证明,BN_3B_1为含β-(1→6)及(1→3)甙键的葡聚糖,BN_3B_3为含β-(1→6)及(1→3)甙键的阿拉伯半乳聚糖。BN_3B, the polysaccharide component of the fruit of Ganoderma lucidum, has been shown to have immune activity. From BN_3B four homogeneous polysaccharides were separated and purified. Chemical studies on the main components BN_3B_1 and BN_3B_3 indicated that BM_3B_1 contained only glucose and should he a gtuean containing β-(1→6)and (1→3)glycoside bonds and that BN_3B_3 was an arabinogalactan containing β-(1→6)and(1→3)glyeoside bonds.
