木通对附子解毒作用的初步观察

摘　　要：木通可明显降低附子的毒性,在一定范围内,其减毒效应与配伍木通量呈正相关。且附子配伍木通后生物碱含量明显下降。Mutong can reduce Fuzi's toxicity markedly. This reducing effect is directly proportional to the dosage of Mutong within a certain range and the content of alkaloid in Fuzi drops clearly after Fuzi and Mutong are used in the same prescription.
