摘　　要：本文概要介绍陕西著名维新运动领袖刘古愚的经济思想。刘古愚在十九世纪后半期对传统的经济思想进行了系统的总结和批判,从仁义与食货、义利关系、理欲关系等方面全面纠正了儒家的重农抑商思想,提出了具有近代意义的经济思想。在近代经济思想史上刘古愚应有一席之地。This paper introduces the economic ideas of Liu Gu-yu, a famous leader of the Reform Movement in Shaanxi province. He gave a Systematic summation and criticism of traditional economic ideas in the later 19th century. He rectified Confucian ideas of valueing agriculture more than Commerce from aspects of benevolence and foodstuff and commodity, righteousness and interests, reasons and desires, etc. and put forward the economic ideas with modern significance. He, therefore, has a niche in the ideological history in modern economy.
