怀地黄补血作用的实验研究

摘　　要：通过生、熟怀地黄对小鼠失血性贫血的治疗及对骨髓造血细胞CFU-S、CFU-E培养的影响,了解到地黄可促进血虚动物RBC、Hb的恢复,加快CFU-S、CFU-E的增殖、分化,具显著的“生血”作用。We have studied the function of dried and prepared Rehmannia glutinosa f. hueichingensis in treating hemorrhagic anemic mice and in fostering bonemarrow hematopoietic cells CFU-S, CFU-E. The results show that Rehrnannia glutinosa f. hueichingensis can promote the recovery of blood deficient animals, RBC. Hb expedite the multiplication and differentiation of CFU-S, CFU-E, and thus proves markedly helpful to the generation of blood.
