摘 要:目的 观察正常人腰段脊柱结构内nNOS阳性神经末梢的分布 ,探讨下腰痛的发病机制。方法 用免疫组化方法观察 3例人腰段脊柱结构内nNOS阳性神经末梢存在情况。结果 人腰椎关节突关节囊的纤维层、黄韧带、棘间韧带、棘上韧带和椎间盘的纤维环内均有nNOS免疫反应阳性神经末梢存在 ,这些神经末梢呈树枝状或念珠状 ,其走行与结缔组织纤维方向一致。结论 NO参与了人腰椎关节突关节囊、黄韧带、棘间韧带、棘上韧带和椎间盘的纤维环等结构的感觉信息的传递。人脊柱相关结构的神经末梢受刺激时 ,促使NO的释放和传递可能是引起原发性腰痛的原因之一。Objective In order to understand the pathogenesis of low back pain. Methods Nerve endings of nNOS positive in relative structures of human spinal column were viewed by immunohistochemistry in 3 cases human body. Results The main results were showed as follows: There were nNOS positive nerve endings in fibrous coat of capsule of lumbar zygapophyseal joints, flava ligament, interspinalia ligament, supraspinale ligament and annulus fibrous of intervertebrale disc. These nerve endings present arborization or beads, the direction of these nerve endings according to connective fibers. Conclusions The summarizing conclusions showed NO take part in transmission of sensation message among capsule of lumbar zygapophyseal joints, flava ligament, interspinalia ligament, supraspinale ligament and annulus fibrous of intervertebrale disc. When stimulating the nerve endings in the constitution of human spinal column, impelling the nerve endings to liberate and transmit of NO, it maybe one of reasons which caused primary low back pain.
