摘　　要：目的　探讨肝移植围手术期处理对患者预后的影响。方法　回顾分析我科 12例肝移植病例围手术期处理及相关资料。结果　肝移植术前准备重点在于使受体处于最佳状态并选择合适手术时机 ,术中应选择合理术式并尽量缩短手术时间 ,特别保证无肝期及复流后血流动力学稳定 ,术后预防并治疗各种并发症 ,防止排斥反应。结论　肝移植围手术期处理对肝移植患者预后具有重要影响。Objective To investigate the effect of treatment in perioperative period of liver transplantation on the prognosis of patients.Methods The data of 12 cases of liver transplantation performed in our department were analyzed restrospectively.Results The keypoint during perioperative period was the state of the recipients.The reasonable operation opportunity should be selected and the surgical duration shoud be shorten as much as possible,and the various complications and rejections should be prevented and treated after operation.Conclusion The treatment in perioperative period of liver transplantation plays an important role for the recovery of patients.
