摘　　要：目的　探讨小儿先天性肌性斜颈的诊断和治疗方法。方法　按照患儿年龄分组结合病情分别进行保守治疗和手术矫形 ,随访 1～ 8年。结果　 3 86例中矫形效果优良 3 75例 ,较差 11例 ,优良率97.2 %。结论　不同年龄组患儿选择恰当的治疗和康复是提高疗效的关键。Objective To investigate various methods of diagnosis and therapy for congenital muscular torticollis (CMT) in children,and to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Methods 386 patients were treated by conservative or surgical way according to their age and they were followed up for 1～8 years.Results Among 386 patients,375 cases got excellent results and only 11 cases got relatively bad results.The excellent and good rate was 97.2%.Conclusion The reasonable treatment and rehabilitation is the key to improving therapeutic effect.
