摘 要:本文提出了一种高灵敏度、选择性好的分光光度测定微量锡的方法。方法基于在强酸性溶液(0.5—1.0MH_2SO_4)中,锡(Ⅱ)与邻氯苯基荧光酮(o-CLPF)和CTMAB形成稳定的橙色络合物(1:3),在520纳米处有最大吸收,其摩尔吸光系数为0.97×10~5,锡在0—10微克/25毫升内符合比耳定律。考察了30余种离子或化合物对测光的干扰。此方法已应用于锡矿和铅锌矿中微量锡的测定,结果令人满意。A very sensitive and highly selective speetrophotometrie method was used for the determination of microamounts of tin (Ⅱ). The method is based on the reaction of tin (Ⅱ)with o-CLPF and CTMAB. As a result of the reaction a stable orange complex (1: 3) is tormed in the strong acid solution (0.5--1.0 mol/1 H_2SO_4). The complex has an absorption peak at 520nm. The associated value of molar absorption coefficient is 0.97×10~5. Beer's law is valid over the range of 0-10μg/25ml of Sn. The interference of more than 30 ionic species or compounds was examined. Micro tin (Ⅱ)in tin ores and lead-zinc ores was determined by this method. The results are satisfactory.
