高频电波刀治疗宫颈疾病的临床价值

摘　　要：目的 :探讨高频电波刀 (LEEP)在治疗宫颈疾病的临床价值。方法 :对经妇科检查、宫颈脱落细胞学检查、阴道镜及宫颈活检初步诊断为不同类型宫颈疾病的门诊患者 2 32例采用LEEP手术治疗 ,切除病变组织或行宫颈锥切 ,手术标本均送病理学检查 ;同时观察手术时间、手术出血量及术后疗效。结果 :LEEP手术治疗宫颈疾病一次成功率为97.4 1% (2 2 6 / 2 32 ) ,平均时间 6 .4分钟 ,出血量 5 .8ml,无继发性出血和感染的发生 ;手术标本经病理学检查明确诊断。结论 :LEEP治疗各类宫颈疾病操作简单、安全 ,手术时间短 ,出血少 ,术后阴道排液少 ,治疗效果佳 ;且可提供完整的病理标本 。Objective:To evaluate the value of high-frequency electric wave on the management of cervical diseases. Methods:232 patient with cervical diseases were diagnosed by optical observation, cytology, colposcopy and cervical biopsy. We treated the lesions with LEEP and calculated the cure rate, the operative time, bleeding volume and patients, reaction. Results:The cure rate of LEEP was 92.41%. The mean operative time was 6.4 minutes. The mean bleeding volume was 5.8 ml. No secondary bleeding and post-operative infection occurred. All these surgical specimens were checked successfully for pathology diagnoses. Conclusions:The advantages to use the LEEP to management of the cervical diseases include its simpleness, safety,short operative time,less bleeding, less vaginal discharge, and high cure rate. LEEP could provide intact pathological samples which is especially useful for the early diagnosis of the micro-invasive carcinoma of uterine cervix.
