摘　　要：The calculating method of Self-Adaptive Forecasting Method (SAFM) is stated in this paper, which is also used in forecasting Total Telecommunication Service Traffic (TTST). It has the advantage that weight selection can be self-adaptive so that it can get better forecasting value compared with the Moving Average Method (MAM) and the Exponential Smoothing Method (ESM).
