摘　　要：在第三代移动通信系统中,如何实现移动业务交换中心(MSC)和无线网络控制器(RNC)之间的Iu接口是一个复杂的问题。该文分析了第三代移动通信系统中Iu接口的构成及其工作流程,提出了一种MSC侧Iu接口的实现方案。该方案可以有效地将业务需求和系统的软硬件资源结合起来。Third Generation Mobile Communication System,It is a complex problem about how to how to realize Iu Interface between Mobile services Switching Centre(MSC)and Radio Network Controller(RNC).This paper analyses the architecture and function of Iu interface,and proposes a design scheme of Iu interface in MSC(CS),which can integrate QoS of service and the resource of software-hardware in system significantly.
