摘　　要：目的　报告用第三代扩髓带锁髓内钉急诊治疗胫骨干开放性骨折的经验。方法　用第三代扩髓带锁髓内钉治疗胫骨干开放性骨折 4 9例。患者平均年龄 34.5岁 ,男 38例 ,女 11例 ,平均随访 2 9.7个月。结果　骨折平均愈合时间 6 .3个月 ,有 2例伤口浅部感染 ,胫骨内翻 8度 1例 ,没有 1例发生骨不连、髓内钉、锁钉折断。结论　用该方法治疗胫骨开放性骨折具有对软组织损伤小、骨折愈合快、感染率低。Objective To report experience using thethird generation reamed locked intramedullary nail for emergency treating openfractures of tibial shaft. Methods Forty-nine patients with open fractures of tibia were treated with reamed locked intramedullary. The average age of patients was 34.5 years (38 men and 11 women). The average follow-up time was 29.7 months. Results All fractures eventually achieved union with an averageunited time of 6.3 months. There were two superficial infection and angulation was 8 varus in 1 and no broken nails and screws occured. Conclusion Thisoperative method has some advantages:minimal tissue trauma, quicker union, lowrate of infection, and good function results.
