摘　　要：介绍了国内外与药物研发相关的发明专利及法律,在《中华人民共和国专利法》的基础上,讨论了专利保护的对象、条件和限制,专利的申请和授权程序,及有关的国际协议和专利策略。The patent and patent laws related to R & D of drug are discussed, including the objects, requirementsand limitations for patent protection, the patent law of People's Republic of China, the procedure for patent application andgrant as well as the international agreements and the patent strategies.
