营利性医疗机构对我国医疗体制改革的现实意义与存在问题对策研究

摘　　要：作者首先对我国营利性医疗机构的产生及其现实意义进行了回顾和分析 ,认为它对我国医疗体制改革将产生积极的推动作用 ;其次指出营利性医疗机构在诊断、检查、处方等医疗活动中存在“趋利性”的特点 ,并剖析了由此给医疗服务市场带来的一系列新情况和新问题。文章最后从监督管理者的角度提出应正确、辩证地看待营利性医疗机构的积极作用与存在问题 。The paper firstly reviews the generation of th e for-profit medical institution and analyzes its realistic significance concern ing the reform of the medical system in China.It advances that the for-profit ho spital will impel the development of the reform.The author,secondly,addresses that there obviously exists some trend of seeking profit among the for-profit ho spitals,which brings out a series of new problems in the market of medical serv ice.Finally,the paper argues that the administering authority should deal with these problems reasonably and dialectically,and also puts forward some suggesti ons and countermeasures aiming directly at them.
