摘　　要：目的探讨男性尿道内尖锐湿疣的治疗方法。方法采用男性尖锐湿疣(CA)基底部注射干扰素加高频电刀烧灼(切除)术治疗男性尖锐湿疣97例,结果 97例中3个月复发7例,1例原位复发,复发率为7.2%,半年复发率11.3%。结论基底部注射干扰素加高频电刀烧灼(切除)术对男性尿道内尖锐湿疣的治疗有效。Objecive From 1997 to2001,more than one thousand male patients were diagnosed and treated in our hospital.Methods 97 male patients with urethral condyloma accuminatum have been treated with injecting interferon locally and electric cautery with radio knife to treat.Results We got the fallowing results.7.2 percent of the patients recrudesced within thre months,and 11.3 percent of the patients recrudesced within six months.We made a analysis with the diagnasis and treatment and syndrome of male urethral condyloma accuminatum.Conclusion The treatment with injecting interferon locally and electric cautery with radio knife is effective for male urethal condy- loma acuminatum.
