摘　　要：目的 :探讨血管内球囊栓塞治疗外伤性颈动脉海绵窦瘘 (TCCF)的方法及疗效。方法 :对TCCF患者行经股动脉插管可脱性乳胶球囊栓塞手术治疗。结果 :10例患者中 8例瘘口闭塞并且保持颈内动脉通畅 ,2例闭塞瘘口的同时闭塞颈内动脉 ,患者均未出现严重并发症。结论 :经股动脉插管可脱性乳胶球囊栓塞术是治疗TCCF的有效方法。Objective:Researching the method and results of balloon embolization for TCCF.Methods:Transartenial detachable balloon embolization for patients with TCCF.Results:8 cases were cured with the internal carotid patency.2 cases were embolized with the internal carotid occlusion.No complications have happened.Conlusion:Transarterial detachable ba11oon embolization of TCCF is an effective and safe management option with good results.
