摘 要:应用放射免疫分析法测定66例急性脑外伤病人和34例对照者的血清促甲状腺素(TSH)、催乳素(PRL)和生长激素(GH)浓度变化与促甲状腺素释放激素(TRH)兴奋试验的改变,探讨急性脑外伤时下丘脑和垂体前叶功能改变。发现急性脑外伤患者下丘脑和垂体前叶功能发生明显改变,表现为:血清TSH、PRL和GH浓度升高,TSH和PRL对TRH反应延迟,减弱或消失。本文对下丘脑和垂体前叶功能改变的机理进行了探讨。To determine the function of both hypothalamus and anterior pituitary, the changes of serum level of TSH, PRL and GH were estimated by radioimmunoassay, and these hormones to TRH provocative test were studied by analysing 66 patients of acute head injury and 34 controls. It was found that obvious changes of the function of both hypothalamus and antreior pituitary wrer taken place in the patients with acute head injury. Comparing With controls, the serum level of TSH, PRL and GH were higher, the reaction of TSH and PRL to TRH were delayed, reduced or absent in the acute head injury group. The probable mechanisms of these changes were discussed.
